1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 env. sloppy Joe seasoning mix
31 oz. can caked beans
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
10 oz. refrigerator biscuits (Hungry Jack)
1/2 inch cubes cheese (cheddar or American)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 25 minutes in 3 quart casserole dish or 12 x 8 pan.

Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Set very small amount of sloppy Joe mix aside to sprinkle on top biscuits. Add remaining mix, beans, brown sugar and catsup to ground beef. Heat until hot and bubbly.

Separate biscuit dough and place cheese cubes in center of each biscuit, fold dough over cheese, seal well, shaping into balls.

Arrange biscuits on hot mixture in casserole dish, sprinkle remaining sloppy Joe mix on top of biscuits. roll biscuits over halfway through baking.
