IMPOSSIBLE CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese cubed
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Cheesecake topping

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in blender container. Blend on high speed, stopping occasionally to stir, 3 minutes. If using hand mixer, beat on high speed 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes, until puffed and center is dry. Do not overbake. Spoon topping over cake. Cool.

TOPPING:

Combine all ingredients. Mix well or top with canned pie filling or sweetened fresh fruit.
