TUNA AND VEGETABLE BAKE 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water-packed tuna
1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp. thyme
10 refrigerator biscuits

Combine tuna, cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, mustard, thyme and pepper. Mix well. Spray 8 or 9-inch pan with Pam. Separate biscuits and press into pan bottom and sides. Spoon tuna mixture over biscuits. Bake 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 4.
