TUNA VEGETABLE PIE 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash ground red pepper
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can light tuna, undrained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

In mixing bowl combine egg, mayonnaise, seasonings, onion and green pepper. Stir in bread crumbs. Mix in tuna. Press gently into 8-inch pie plate with back of spoon. Shape to fit as a pastry shell.

Toss vegetables with 1/4 cup cheese. Turn into middle of shell. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of cheese over vegetables. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
