3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. diced, peeled cooking apples
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
Confectioners' sugar

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease well and flour 1 tube pan.

2. In large bowl mix well first 7 ingredients constantly scraping bowl. Beat 3 minutes more, occasionally scraping bowl. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.
