PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 pkg. pistachio pudding, instant
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
5 eggs

Mix together first 5 ingredients, then add eggs one at a time, beating at least 1 minute between eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 10 inch tube pan or for 45 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 lg. pkg. Cool Whip1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding

Mix together and frost. Store cake in refrigerator.
