JELLO PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 3/4 c. crushed pretzel 3 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. soft butter 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 4 oz. whipped topping 1 pkg. (6 oz.) strawberry Jello 20 oz. pkg. frozen whole strawberries Mix pretzels with sugar and butter; press into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool. Mix cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Spread mix onto pretzels. Dissolve Jello into 2 cups of boiling water. Cool slightly. Cut strawberries in half. Add to Jello. Pour on top of cream cheese mix and chill until firm. |
