APPLE BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. apples, diced
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix until crumbly. Put dough in 2 small bread pans. Sprinkle topping on each. Bake 45-50 minutes at 325 degrees.
