JELLY ROLL 
4 eggs, beaten until stiff
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. flavoring (lemon if lemon filling; vanilla if jelly

Grease and flour jelly roll pans. Bake at 325 degrees until jelly roll separates from side of pan. Turn out on a surface sprinkled with powdered sugar. (I use a dish towel). Let cool 10 minutes. Spread with filling, roll and cool in refrigerator. Slice and serve.

LEMON FILLING:

1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Realemon
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil for 1 minute. Beat in 3 slightly beaten egg yolks. Cool.
