MOCK HAM LOAF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground bologna
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
Few cracker crumbs

Mix the above.

GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. water
3 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Heat glaze until hot but don't boil. Mix 1/2 liquid with meat and form loaf. Pour rest of glaze over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste with liquid occasionally.
