2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
Sunshine Vanilla Wafers
Miniature tart cups (2" diameter foil "midget" baking cups)
Cherry pie filling

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs together. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup. Pour mixture over cookies. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Spoon a cherry from pie filling onto center of each cake.
