MEATBALLS & GRAVY 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. crackers, crumbled
1 egg
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper, to taste
2 jars brown gravy

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix hamburger meat, onion, crackers, egg, flour, garlic salt, salt and pepper well. Roll into small balls. Place into greased baking dish. Pour brown gravy over the top.

Bake at 350°F until done.
