HAPPY'S CHIPPED BEEF GRAVY | |
1/4 c. butter 1 sm. jar dried beef 4-5 heaping tbsp. flour 1 qt. milk Melt butter. Cut beef in pieces and frizzle, saute in butter. Add flour and mix to absorb the butter. Add milk slowly while constantly stirring until thick. Freeze or refrigerate. Reheat by adding a little water. Serve over pancakes or toast. |
