ED'S CHIPPED BEEF GRAVY | |
Melt 1 stick real butter in 12" cast iron skillet. Add 8 to 12 tablespoons flour. Stir in flour on medium heat. Cut up 6 or 8 ounces dried beef. Add to flour-butter mixture and stir in for 2 or 3 minutes. Add 5 cups milk. Heat until thick. Serve on toast or biscuits. |
