1-2 lbs hamburger meat
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
dash salt and pepper
1 can tomato sauce
couple dashes Italian seasoning (optional)
2-3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 can tomato paste
1 pkg meatloaf mix
1/2 cup ketchup
couple dashes garlic and onion powder

It's simple.. Mix all ingredients except for the hard boiled eggs and some tomato paste (save some for the top of loaf to mix with the ketchup). Form into a loaf, make holes in loaf to put hard boiled eggs in and cover eggs with meat so that hard boiled eggs are hidden inside the loaf of meat. :)

Cook meatloaf 40 - 45 minutes at 350°F. Take out then cover loaf with the paste and ketchup and cook another 15 - 20 minutes until done. Slice meat so that everyone gets some egg in their piece.... talkin 'bout tasty...enjoy!!
