QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
6 bacon or ham slices
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can mushroom slices
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk

Bake crust 5 minutes in 450 degree oven. Mix bacon, mushrooms, cheese, onion, flour, salt and garlic powder. Add in eggs and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
