COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. each garlic salt, celery salt, onion salt
Pepper to taste
1 egg
1 pkg. cracker crumbs (1 1/2 c.)

SAUCE:

1/4 c. vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix beef, seasonings, egg and cracker crumbs. Form into small meatballs. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Mix sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Add meatballs and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. NOTE: This is a good crockpot recipe.
