SPECIAL PARTY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. diced carrot
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (19 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. diced celery
1 can chicken (or home cooked)

Drain crushed pineapple and 2 cups boiling water in which you have dissolved 2 packages lemon gelatin. While still hot, add the cream cheese which should be softened previously. Mix well, until cheese is dissolved. Put mixture aside until beginning to set. Whip the cream and fold into the jelly mixture. Add crushed pineapple, finely diced shredded carrot, celery, nuts and finely cut pieces of chicken. Put in mold and allow to set.
