CHICAGO SPECIAL SALAD 
1 lb. lettuce
1 sm. green peas (frozen)
3/4 c. green pepper
1 c. onions
3/4 c. celery
Miracle Whip
1 lb. bacon (cooked)
1 tbsp. sugar
Parmesan cheese
2 c. chopped chicken
1 c. pineapple chunks

Wash and break lettuce into a 9 x 15 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cool peas over lettuce, spread celery, green pepper, chicken, and pineapple chunks, also. Add Miracle Whip and broken bacon bits. Add cheese and paprika. Cover with Saran Wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
