SALAD FOR SPECIAL DAYS | |
3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin 6 lg. marshmallows 1 1/2 c. boiling water 6 oz. cream cheese 1 c. grated carrots 1 c. undrained crushed pineapple 1 c. pecans, chopped 1/2 c. Cool Whip Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in boiling water. Add crumbled cream cheese. Beat with rotary beater until well blended. Mix in carrots, pineapple and nuts. Chill until partially set. Fold in Cool Whip. |
