SQUASH DELIGHT 
3 c. cooked, mashed squash
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. sweet pepper, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Corn bread crumbs
1 stick butter (half in squash & half in crumbs)

Place half the corn bread crumbs in greased casserole. Save other half for top. Mix squash and remaining ingredients on top of crumbs and place remaining crumbs on top. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

NOTE: This makes a large dish. Can be halved and freeze one for later use.
