CLAMS CASINO 
CLAMS:

14 oz. clams and clam juice or 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, undrained
2 tbsp. pimentos, diced
3 tbsp. onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped, or powdered garlic
Pinch black pepper

Mix all of the above ingredients together.

BREAD CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 to 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Pinch garlic powder
Pinch oregano

Mix all together.

Put clam mixture into empty clam shells or small aluminum cups, fill each one to the top. Sprinkle bread crumb topping all over the top of each clam and cover thoroughly, then place about 6 or 8 pieces of cut-up uncooked bacon on the top of each. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes and the bacon is crisp.
