CREAM CHEESE BROWNIES | |
FILLING: 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 egg BROWNIES: 1 pkg. fudge brownie mix 1/3 c. water 1/3 c. oil 1 egg Grease 9x13 inch pan. In small bowl, combine all filling ingredients; beat until smooth and set aside. In large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients. Beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread half of brownie batter in greased pan. Pour filling mixture over brownie batter, spreading to cover. Top with spoonfuls of remaining brownie batter. To marble, pull knife through batter in wide curves; turn pan and repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. |
