VEGETABLE BARS 
Prepare 1 day ahead.

CRUST:

2 pkgs. Pillsbury crescent rolls

Spread out on 11x15 inch cookie sheet and patch where needed. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 dry pkg. original HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Blend well in blender or food processor. Spread over cooled crust.

TOPPING:

Chopped vegetables of any kind: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, pimento. Press into filling layer. Refrigerate 1 day or at least 3 hours ahead. Cut in squares.
