SALLY'S LASAGNA 
3 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
2 qt. Ragu
2 pt. cottage cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
3 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Brown meat; add green pepper and onion and saute until tender. Stir in olives, tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, Tabasco sauce and Ragu. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours (the longer the better).

Cook noodles according to package directions until almost done; drain.

Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs.

In casserole dishes, layer noodles, cheeses and meat sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown on top. (NOTE: This dish freezes very well. Layer in casserole dish, wrap well and freeze. Allow to thaw before cooking.)
