BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
2 to 4 bananas
1/2 gal. Neopolitan ice cream
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips
Graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. whipped cream or 2 (10 oz.) Cool Whip

Cover bottom of pans with graham cracker crumbs. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs. Slice bananas crosswise and layer over crumbs. Slice ice cream in 1/2 to 1 inch slices and place over bananas. Sprinkle ice cream with 1 cup chopped nuts. Freeze until firm.

Melt 1 cup chocolate chips with 1/2 cup butter. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and cool then pour over ice cream and freeze. Whip cream (or use Cool Whip) and top chocolate layer and sprinkle with crumbs just before serving.

Can us softened Hershey's fudge syrup.
