3 cups dry mustard
1 ½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup Red Wine Vinegar
6 Tablespoons Ground Fennel seed
¾ cup oil
1 teaspoon salt

Ground fennel then mix all ingredients together and serve with cheese and hard hard salami and crackers.
