HONEY MUSTARD PASTA SALAD
No Miracle Whip! So good for summer!!

1 (16 oz.) bottle honey mustard dressing (Kraft)
1 (16 oz.) box your choice pasta (I use rotini)
1 large Vidalia onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 (15 oz.) can whole black olives
2 cups cubed pepper jack cheese
bacon bits, for sprinkling (Hormel)
basil (fresh or dried)

In a large bowl place all the honey mustard dressing/marinade in the bottom of the bowl.

Cook pasta as directed per box.

While pasta is boiling, cut up onion, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber (peel and slice) and black olives.

Put all the vegetables in the bowl and fold good so that all the vegetables get soaked in the marinade.

Cube cheese and place in bowl as well.

Stir in your choice amount of basil (note that fresh basil is stronger).

After pasta has been drained, add a little at a time to the bowl, stirring it in with the vegetables and cheese.

Add bacon bits to the top and enjoy!!!

Serves A LOT!!

Am going to attempt to break this down to a smaller version for myself - enough for a couple of days. Sounds terrific. Has ALL the right ingredients. Thank you for submitting. PLEASE submit any other great recipes you have...
