OVERNIGHT HOMEMADE BREAD | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 1/4 c. warm water 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. warm water 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 c. oil 2 eggs 4 c. flour Mix yeast and 1/4 cup water, set aside. Mix remaining ingredients. Beat in flour with mixer. Put wax paper on top of bowl and a wet dishcloth on top of it. Let set overnight, next morning punch down and make into rolls. Brush top with oil. Let rise about 3 hours. Brush with oil again, cook at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. |
