HOMEMADE BREAD 
1 c. milk
1 pkg. yeast
3 c. white flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 egg
1 tsp. salt

Heat milk to scalding. Cool to lukewarm. Put milk and yeast in blender. Let stand 5 minutes. Turn blender on "high" for 20 seconds. Add oil, egg, salt and sugar. Turn blender on "high" again for 5 seconds. Pour mixture into flour. Cover; let rise to double size. Knead; place in loaf pan and let rise to double size again. Bake at 375 degrees about 15 minutes.

This turned out great. Just make sure you are careful with the yeast and hot milk in the blender... The warm yeast emits a gas which causes pressure to build up. Be prepared by holding the lid down tight with your hand! (I didn't the first time and it popped off while blending...big mess).
