SNAPPY SNAPPER 
4 med. sized portions filleted RED SNAPPER
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 lemon - halved
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. flour
Parsley flakes

Wash snapper and pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle seasoning salt on each piece. Dust each side lightly with flour. Pan fry snapper in oil approximately 3 to 5 minutes over medium flame, until lightly brown. Remove snapper from pan, let drain. Squeeze lemon over snapper and serve. Makes 4 servings.
