SOY SNAPPER | |
1 1/2 lbs. red snapper 1 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tbsp. parsley 2 tbsp. soy sauce Combine ingredients for marinade. Add snapper and marinate for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Broil or barbecue approximately 3 minutes on each side. Serves 4. |
