BROILED SNAPPER | |
2 lbs. snapper fillets 2/3 c. tomato sauce 3 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper Cut fillets into 8 pieces. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish - marinade covered in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning once. Remove fish and place on broiler pan. Brush with marinade and broil 4-5 minutes. Turn and baste with marinade. Broil another 4-5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Yield: 8 servings - 1 serving = 104 calories. |
