PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 pkg. orange Jello
4 eggs, separated
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Cook until thick and dissolve 1/2 package orange Jello in hot mixture and let cool. Beat egg whites until stiff and add 1/2 cup sugar and fold into cooled mixture.

In bottom of pan put 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar. Pour cooled mixture over crumbs. Save a few crumbs to sprinkle over the top and refrigerate overnight.
