SPECIAL DESSERT 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. nuts
Graham crackers

Mix eggs, sugar, pineapple drained and nuts. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool.

Dissolve Jello using pineapple juice for part of liquid.

Line buttered pan with graham crackers. Spread cooked mixture over it. Add another layer of crackers. When Jello is almost congealed, pour over last layer of crackers. Serve with whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream.
