SPECIAL DESSERT 
24 graham crackers
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
Whipped cream

Line bottom of pan with 12 graham crackers. Beat eggs well; add sugar, pineapple, and butter. Cook this mixture for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool; add nuts and spread this mixture over the crackers. Put 12 more crackers on top. Press down. Dissolve Jello. When almost congealed, pour on top of second layer of crackers. Top with whipped cream.
