MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 eggs
10 saltine crackers, crushed
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. steak sauce
1/4 c. tomato catsup

Mix all ingredients. Form into flat loaf in a microwave safe dish. Bake on High about 10 minutes, rotating dish every 2 minutes. Check for doneness. Extra time may be required. NOTE: Pour extra catsup on top before cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
