ONION POTATOES 
7 potatoes
1 pkg. onion soup mix
4 tbsp butter
1 cup cheddar cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

Cook potatoes, let stand until cold. Then cut potatoes into quarters and fry in butter. Place into casserole dish.

Mix onion soup, salt and pepper together. Stir, then place shredded cheese on top of potatoes. Bake in oven for half hour.

Serve with sour cream. Very good with any meat.
