1 tube braunschweiger
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 pkg. Lipton's onion soup

Mix and chill. Soften 1 package cream cheese and spread on outside of chilled ball. (Milk may be used to soften cream cheese.) Garnish with slices of stuffed olives.

1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Bleu cheese
2 tsp. onion, minced

Mix all ingredients together. Roll in nuts. Store cheese balls in refrigerator. Set cheese balls at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers.
