4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 3 eggs Water or milk Mix ingredients with enough milk or water to form a dough. Drop from teaspoon onto "lamb's quarters" that have been brought to boil. Cover and cook for 7 minutes. HINT: Additional baking powder will make the dumplings softer. |
