1 1/4 lb. crushed Oreos
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 pkg. French vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk

Cream together cheese, butter and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Add pudding and milk; mix thoroughly with mixer. In an extra large casserole dish, layer 1/2 of crushed Oreos. Pour pudding mixture on top and sprinkle the remaining Oreos on top.
