HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 
3 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 drops red pepper sauce
4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (16 oz.)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
Assorted crackers

Beat cream cheese, onion, mustard and pepper sauce in large bowl. Mix Cheddar cheese and paprika into second half. Divide mixture in half. Cover each half and refrigerate until firm enough to shape.

Place cheese mixtures on cookie sheet. Shape each half into cone or wreath shape. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Press parsley onto cheese balls. Press walnuts onto cheese balls. Refrigerate until time to serve. Serve with the assorted crackers. Makes 2 cheese balls.
