EASY CHEDDAR EGGS 
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar, divided
12 eggs
Salt and pepper
12 slices cooked crumbled bacon
3/4 c. half & half

Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese in pan. Lightly beat eggs and pour over cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with bacon, pour half & half over top and sprinkle on remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
