2 c. coarsely shredded lettuce
1/2 tbsp. plain non fat yogurt
1/2 tbsp. light mayo
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish

MARINADE:

1/4 c. water
1/4 c. Kikkoman Teriyaki
1/4 c. red wine
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
