OATMEAL TOLLHOUSE COOKIES 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. hot water
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. nuts
12 oz. chocolate chips

Mix ingredients. Make cookies the size of golf balls or larger. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet (you don't have to press them down). Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Don't let them get too brown. Wait a few minutes to set then remove.
