BEAN SOUP 
1 1/2 c. dry navy beans
6 1/2 c. water
1/4 lb. link sausage, diced
3 tbsp. shredded carrot
3 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. canned condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. instant mashed potato granules

Combine beans, 5 1/2 cups water, sausage, carrot, green onions and bouillon cube. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 2 hours. Let cool 1 hour, then drain, saving liquid. Grind or mash beans mixture and add to bean liquid.

Combine undiluted tomato soup, salt, pepper and potato granules with 1 cup water. Add back to bean mixture. Cook over low heat 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
