2 liter bottle 7-Up or ginger ale
1 qt. apple cider
1 gallon lime or orange sherbet ice cream

Add liquid ingredients together. Use sherbet to the thickness you desire.

For wedding use NON-ALCHOLIC sparkling cider (champagne). This creates a bubbly effect.

NOTE: Non-alcoholic cider is available in most large grocery stores.
