SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped can tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
Dash of salt

Pound steak and cut into serving size pieces. In skillet, brown steak in oil. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours. Stir often. Makes 4-6 servings.
