HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped bananas

Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Add eggs and oil, stir until moistened. DO NOT BEAT. Stir in pineapple, vanilla, 1 cup nuts and bananas. Spoon into well- greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with remaining cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with remaining nuts.

FROSTING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (lb.) box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
