HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. veg. oil
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. bananas, chopped
1 c. pineapple, crushed

Sift flour once, then sift with sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon. Blend in vanilla. Add eggs and oil. Do not beat. Fold in nuts, banana and pineapple. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased and floured bundt pan. Ice with cream cheese icing or as desired.
